The Guide Right Committee shall be composed of 7 members appointed by the Polemarch with the consent of the Board of Directors.
The Guide Right Committee shall design, provide and conduct the National Service Program of Grand Chapter in accordance within the specific outline provided by Grand Chapter Statue 28 and Kappa League Guide.
