The Election Committee shall consist of no more than 7 or less than 3 members appointed by the Polemarch. The Election Committee shall certify the results of the election to the Chapter and deliver a copy of the certified results to the Keeper of Records duly signed by all members of the Committee assisting in the conduct of the election.
